First Innovation Café was held on 08.06.2018. at Hotel Europe in Sarajevo organized by CEE FREIRAUM and FITT. The Innovation Cafe has brought together many students, investors and bh. companies, together with incubators, hubs and universities. Some of them are Masterwerk GmbH, Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE), MOZAIK, DKR, AutoTech, Elins Panic, HUB387, University of Sarajevo, University of Zenica, Technological Park Beograd, etc.
There were ten startups featuring SMART BALL EXTINGUISHER (Tuzla), BOOKVAR (Sarajevo), Digiqal (Mostar), HaBEEtat (Sarajevo), BSG (Mostar), BizzCity (Ilijaš), Smart Bag (Sarajevo), UDS GAME, Zvekir (Sarajevo), VIDIOVO (Sarajevo).
The winner was HaBEEtat because it is the best fit for the current needs of the international market.

The main goal of CEE FREIRAUM is to scout and educate young startups in BiH and the region. Startups will have the opportunity to develop new business ideas through education and mentoring by experts in the field of entrepreneurship. The goal is to support the best startups financially, give them a chance to emerge on the international market, present their ideas to the world’s largest companies and, in that sense, participate in an international event such as MUST Summit 2019.
CEE FREIRAUM wants to support the work of incubators and universities in BiH and the region, bring together young and educated people and allow them to turn their business ideas into reality.
